The two MBA schools pipped the prestigious Harvard Business School, whose alumni include the former US president George W. Bush, to joint top spot in the Financial Times table.
The top ranking marks the culmination of a decade of progress at London, which has climbed steadily since making eighth place in the inaugural league table in 1999
