CCE Launches Innovative Hybrid Training Program

The College of Continuing Education has entered into a partnership with a leading UK eLearning service provider to co-deliver management and leadership training via a combination of face-to-face and online learning. The new partnership will allow CCE to reach even remote parts of Kazakhstan to deliver its trainings.

The partner company, 'New Leaders Learning' specializes in providing online training and has partnered with organizations like the 'Institute of Administrative Management' based in London. The first client for this new mode of training is the international organization, 'ESS' who manage the facilities and logistics on behalf of Tengizchevroil at Tengiz and their headquarters in Atyrau. ESS has over 3,200 employees in Tengiz and Atyrau alone. The training program will pilot for a year with an option to extend for several more.
